SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For domestic: Untracked mail via Singpost.International: SingPost to ship out from Singapore. When entering your destination country, it will use your country's local courier (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail).For certain countries (including but not limited to US, Canada, and Australia), I will not receive tracking updates after the parcel exits Singapore! You should be able to view your parcel status by using the same tracking number and submitting it on your local courier's tracking site. If not, please contact your local courier on your end! (Especially for those using USPS).Shipping from SG to US and Canada can take as long as 2-3 months. It's out of my control as the parcel is held up at the destination country courier service side. If you would like to receive your parcels faster and with more secure tracking, please contact me (preferably through insta DMs or email directly as I will see it faster), and we can discuss arranging another shipping courier.CUSTOMS, VAT & TAX
The customer will be responsible for paying VAT upon the parcel reaching the destination country.REFUNDS, CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Prior to purchase, please see the notice for individual items in the description, if any. Items are eligible for refunds a week after the parcel has been delivered, if the item is damaged. Damaged items include:1. Liquid spillage of liquid charms
2. Torn stickers
Please send an email or DM me if you would like to request a refund, with your order number, tracking ID, and pictures of the state of the item.Once sold, items are not eligible for cancellation or returns. If you have changed your address once the item has already been marked as shipped, please provide a new address if you wish to have the item shipped again, of which an additional charge will apply.

Please indicate how 'rendered' you will like your commission to be.For example, the first piece is an example of a rendered headshot

Failing to comply with the T&Cs will result in: Cancelling of commission with either no deposits returned, or a partial refund.-I am allowed to refuse a commission.
-Payment must be paid fully upfront unless your commission is priced above $50 in which a deposit of 50% can be requested.
-You are allowed to request for a refund only if we have not established I have started (i.e. Before I communicate to you the proofs). Otherwise, refunds will not be allowed.
-I reserve the right to post the artwork on social media, unless requested otherwise.
-If is it has been established to be for personal use, you are strictly not allowed to reproduce or trace the artwork, especially in regards to usage for profit or commercial uses, e.g. re-distributing as merchandise to be sold.
-You are strictly not allowed to mint my artwork as NFTs.
-You will receive the completed commission in a .png file. NO .psd files will be given.
-Revisions before the commission is established as complete are subjected to my approval, and you understand that requesting for revisions may extend the deadline.
-For completed commissions, I will charge prices for revision at a cap of 20% the commission price.
-I am allowed to revise these Terms at any given point. Ongoing commission clients will be notified of any revisions to the T&Cs.
-By commissioning me, the client agrees to any revisions in the Terms.For clients outside Singapore, payment platform will be via Stripe ONLY. Please discuss with me about payment method to see if it is available through Stripe.I will accept PayNow / PayLah for Singaporean clients!
